Born in a farmer family in village Lath of Sonipat, Sudhir Lath has been a genius since childhood. At the age of five, he became handicapped due to leg problem.

Despite that, he never gave up. In the year 2013, he started powerlifting to keep the body fit. After that, due to better practice, made it a part of life. Inspired by Para player Virendra Dhankhar, he started Para Powerlifting, with only two years of hard work, he reached the national and won the gold in the national name of the state.
